Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and db44 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of db44's online casino, sports betting, and related services available at https://db44.ws and any associated mobile interfaces. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the db44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Who May Use db44

Access to db44 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. db44 carries out verification checks and may request documentary evidence at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or during a routine account review. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements at any point will result in suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or automated entity) and must act solely on your own behalf
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension imposed by db44 or any other gambling operator
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence
• You must not be depositing or playing using funds obtained through illegal means; all funds used on db44 must be from legitimate personal sources

Account Registration and Verification

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on db44 at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, you must notify db44 support immediately at [email protected].

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. db44 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide a government-issued national identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is approved. Documents must be genuine and unaltered. Providing false documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and confidential; you are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account
• You must notify db44 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• db44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if it has reason to believe these Terms have been breached
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly inactivity fee; players will be notified before any fee is applied

Six Principles That Govern db44 Use

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transaction Policy

db44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers. The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳100. There are no fees charged by db44 on either deposits or withdrawals — the amount you deposit is the amount credited and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount transferred to your payment method. • Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless db44 approves an alternative in writing
• db44 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any withdrawal where the cumulative amount exceeds ৳100,000 in any 30-day period
• All transactions are subject to db44's fraud prevention and anti-money laundering checks; transactions suspected of constituting money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities

Bonus and Promotional Terms

db44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method unless the relevant promotion states otherwise. db44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use and may not be exploited systematically for financial gain through bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any coordinated strategy.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn; specific rollover multiples are stated in each individual promotion

Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on db44. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. db44 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct not expressly listed below nevertheless falls within the spirit of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action accordingly.

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identity information, different email addresses, or different payment methods
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or manipulate any game, betting market, or account function
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or any other form of cheating
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or any other mechanism intended to reclaim funds already wagered and lost, or to reverse legitimate withdrawals already processed

Where prohibited conduct is established, db44 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawal, forfeit any balance held in the account, and pursue recovery of any losses suffered by db44 as a result of the prohibited conduct through all available legal means.

Ownership of db44 Content and Software

All content on the db44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data structures, trade names, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of db44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sublicence, sell, or create derivative works from any db44 content.

Game software and content provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective studios. db44 operates those games under licence and does not claim ownership of studio-developed content. Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial exploitation of game content is prohibited and may expose the offending party to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db44 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from your own gaming decisions; technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures beyond db44's reasonable control; errors in displayed odds, game results, or balance information that are corrected within a reasonable time; or any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Where an error in odds, game result, or account balance is identified, db44 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected accounts accordingly, regardless of whether interim withdrawals have been processed. In cases of manifest error, db44 may void affected bets or game rounds and restore account balances to their correct pre-error state. Players will be notified of any such correction.

• db44's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• db44 is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government action, or failures of third-party infrastructure outside db44's control
• Nothing in these Terms limits db44's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

Responsible Gaming Obligations

db44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings. Players may request a temporary time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, or a permanent self-exclusion, at any time by contacting db44 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and once applied cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

db44 employs trained responsible gaming staff and uses automated detection systems to identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Amendments to These Terms and Governing Law

Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case the amendment takes effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to db44's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through db44's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
